We collect basic information such as your name, email, position, company name and phone number when you contact us.
You do not need to supply us with any personal information to use the services on our website. We might have your CV or other skills relevant information if you have contacted us through our freelance form or applied for a position with us.
By communicating, commenting or asking us to contact you, you understand that you are providing this information to us voluntarily and there is a legitimate reason to retain this information for a limited period (see Your rights below).
Data storage
We act as the controller of this data, and use it to contact you to offer you services or work that you have expressed an interest in. We use this data only to contact you, we do not share or outsource this information with anyone outside of our company. We respect your privacy and will not sell or pass this information to anyone unless required by law.
If you feel this not sufficient then please do not provide any personal information or let us know and we will securely dispose of your information.
Data protection
In addition to our on-site encrypted servers, we store data via Cloud services who comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We take all reasonable steps to ensure information retained via our website is protected, through various security arrangements. As with any such website host, there is no absolute guarantee of security.
Third party
We use Google Analytics to track the numbers of visitors to our site but do not collect any personal information or store IP addresses locally on our site. This is only used to monitor web statistics, but we cannot track or trace individual users or their physical addresses. As a third party, Google may be able to as they are the controller for the data they collect.
Legal
Where we ask for consent you will be asked to opt-in and you have the option to withdraw or change your mind by contacting us.
We rely on contract as lawful basis for processing your data where you have expressed an interest in procuring our services or we need the information to provide these services.
We rely on legitimate interest as a legal basis to process information, this does not impact your rights and freedoms.
Your rights
When you provide us with your personal information you have certain rights, these include the right to ensure your data is:

- not retained for too long (no more than 3 years in case of inactivity)
